SB1235 was Signed by The Governor on November 29th, 2006

A new era has dawned for the practice of Acupuncture in Pennsylvania. With the passage of this bill we have rid ourselves of Physician referral. Though the exact ramifications of the bill are still forthcoming, posted below is a link to the wording of the new bill. Regulations will eventually be written to lay out the framework of following the law and we will update our site accordingly.
